ScreenPlay Success

The series of TV development workshops hosted by St Leonards based ScreenPlay productions took place at the Creative Media Centre, Hastings earlier this month.

A number of creative delegates from the Hastings area participated in the hands-on workshop, working through ideas and concepts and trying to develop them into workable proposals.

Sinead Lynch, ScreenPlay Development producer, said the day was a great success. "We were really surprised at the depth of creative talent on display during the workshop and I'm sure that we have some gems that could be developed into viable TV projects."

ScreenPlay is looking to develop some of these concepts with the successful ideas hopefully being submitted to TV Commissioning Editors.
