Digital Media Enterprise Training

A new centre to support the growth of the digital media sector in the Hastings area opens at the end of January, with a specialist programme of enterprise workshops for local digital media businesses and freelancers.

The Media Enterprise Centre, located on the 5th floor of Queensbury House in Hastings town centre, will be a unique space for networking, accessing resources, meeting clients and partners, co-working, desk and exhibition space. It will be equipped with work stations that include the complete Creative Suite for Adobe and Apple Final Cut Studio software.

The University of Brighton’s enterprise workshops will offer practical guidance from specialist advisers and industry experts, at a subsidised rate.

A membership fee of 25 pounds gives access to the series of ten workshops, covering topics such as Creating and Analysing Your Ideas, Selling and Negotiating and Protecting Your Ideas. Workshops begin on 28th January 2010.
