An Evening of Wellbeing for Working Women
Sugargroup, the savvy ladies networking group, are meeting at The Wellington Centre on July 16th at 6pm. As well as the chance to meet other working women in the area, guests will sample canapés prepared by Judges Bakery, sip organic sparking wine, and enjoy two fifteen minute treatments courtesy of sugargroup and the Wellington Centre.
The Wellington Centre believes in creating a balanced life and healthy body to help prevent health problems before they start. The Centre’s qualified, experienced therapists offer an assortment of treatments ranging from pilates to acupuncture, holistic weight loss to counselling. Geri Brooks, the founder of Sugargroup says: “The Centre provides a true escape from the outside world and a destination for those in search of natural and complementary health, wellbeing and relaxation. As soon as you step foot in the door – you will slow down, relax and smile!”
