3C Asset Management sign 10 year contract

Last month Erinaceous Property Management, who are rebranding as 3C Asset Management, started a new ten year partnering contract with Eastbourne Homes.

This is their second Sussex-based contract.

3C Asset Management have just celebrated the first anniversary of their original contract in Sussex, a 10 year partnership with Orbit South Housing Association, based in Hastings.

The continued success of the contract has been good news for local employees. The Hastings branch, based at the Innovation Centre since March 2007, has doubled its workforce in just over a year.

Current plans for the expanding service include a range of fun and scheme days using a mobile trailor to visit local communities. Residents can stop by to meet the team and find out more about 3C Asset Management's services and the Orbit south schemes.
